A comforting and easy-to-make casserole featuring seasoned ground beef, thinly sliced russet potatoes, a creamy soup mixture, and melted mozzarella cheese, all baked until golden and bubbly.

Cook, season, and drain 2lb ground beef. Slice 4 russet potatoes thin. Season the sliced potatoes with black pepper, seasoned salt, and olive oil. In a large bowl, combine 1 cup milk and 1/2 can each of cream potato soup, French onion soup, and cream celery soup, mixing well. Butter a 9x13 pan. Layer the seasoned potatoes, creamy soup mixture, ground beef, and Mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layering process. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until potatoes are soft and the casserole is bubbly and golden.
