In a greased 9 x 13 pan, add a layer of crumbled Oreos. Layer with sweetened condensed milk, then sprinkle on an even layer of cake mix. Spoon on melted butter. Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes. The cake will be gooey and sticky. Serve warm.
