Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to a large pan. Sauté bell pepper and onions until softened. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, brown it, and then drain any excess fat. Add the jar of pasta sauce and the can of roasted garlic tomato sauce. Season with basil, oregano, and Italian seasoning to taste. Simmer the sauce for at least 10-15 minutes. Stir in the Kraft cheese slices and cheddar cheese until melted and combined. Meanwhile, boil and drain spaghetti according to package directions. Add the cooked spaghetti to the meat sauce and stir well to combine. Finally, top the entire dish with mozzarella cheese.
