In a large pot, sauté bell pepper, onion, celery, and garlic. Add chicken breast, your seasonings (such as salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and poultry seasoning), cover with water, and boil until chicken is done. Remove chicken from the pot and shred it. Add the can of cream of chicken into the pot. In a separate bowl, combine Bisquick and milk, then stir until combined. Pour the dough onto a floured surface, roll it flat, and cut it into cubes. Drop the dough cubes into the pot one or a little at a time. Stir occasionally. Add the shredded chicken back into the pot. Season with additional salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and poultry seasoning to taste. Simmer until dumplings are cooked through and then serve!
