Season ribs generously with Pepper, Lawry’s season salt, Cavender’s All Purpose Greek seasoning, smoked paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Tightly wrap the seasoned ribs in foil and bake in an oven preheated to 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour and 45 minutes. After this time, unwrap the ribs, add barbecue sauce, and bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes. For a crispier finish, place the ribs on a rack and bake for another 30 minutes.
