oz tomato sauce

cup bell pepper

cup chicken broth

cup minute rice

cup onion

oz green chile

Instructions
1: Season chicken with black pepper, Cavender seasoning, Lawry’s seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. 2: Sear chicken for 5-7 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165°. 3: In the same skillet, sauté bell pepper and onion. 4: Add garlic and cook until fragrant. 5: Add rotel, green chiles, and tomato sauce. Bring to a simmer. 6: Add rice, slightly cover with chicken broth, and stir. 7: Simmer until rice is fully cooked. Fluff the rice. 8: Add black beans and cooked chicken to the pan.
