What you need

oz cream cheese

cup beef broth
can rotel

tbsp heavy cream

lb ground beef

cup water

cup bell pepper

cup onion

can red kidney beans

can corn kernel
Instructions
1: Brown and drain 2 pounds of ground beef, seasoning with your favorite seasoning. 2: Add 1/2 cup diced onions and 1/2 cup diced bell peppers to the beef. 3: Stir in 1 can drained whole kernel corn, 1 can drained black beans, 1 can drained dark kidney beans, 1 can of rotel, 1 cup beef broth, and 3 cups of water. 4: Fully melt 1 package of cream cheese into the soup. 5: Add 2 tablespoons of heavy cream. 6: Season the soup with chili powder, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, and Lawry’s seasoned salt (25% less sodium). 7: Let it simmer until heated through and well combined.View original recipe
