Instructions
1. Boil the potatoes for 30-45 minutes depending on their size. 2. Drain potatoes completely. 3. Place on a baking sheet and smash them. 4. Season the smashed potatoes with garlic pepper and salt. 5. Add chopped parsley and freshly grated Parmesan cheese to the melted butter and brush this mixture onto the potatoes. 6. Top with Mexican blend cheese and cooked chopped bacon. 7. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy and the cheese is melted.View original recipe
