Instructions
Add chicken to a pot of water. Season the chicken, boil until cooked through, then remove and shred. Return the shredded chicken to the pot along with the cream of chicken with herbs soup and cream of celery soup. Stir well and simmer. Meanwhile, roll out the biscuits until flattened and cut them into small squares. Add the biscuit squares (dumplings) to the simmering pot.
