pinch seasoned salt

can cream of potato soup

can condensed french onion soup

cup milk

lb ground beef

russet potato

can cream of celery soup

tbsp unsalted butter

tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Cook, season, and drain 2lb ground beef. Slice 4 russet potatoes thin. Season the sliced potatoes with black pepper, seasoned salt, and olive oil. In a large bowl, combine 1 cup milk and 1/2 can each of cream potato soup, French onion soup, and cream celery soup, mixing well. Butter a 9x13 pan. Layer the seasoned potatoes, creamy soup mixture, ground beef, and Mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layering process. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until potatoes are soft and the casserole is bubbly and golden.View original recipe
