What you need

cup apple jelly

oz butter

dash worcestershire sauce

tsp black pepper

red apple
cup chicken broth

bunch rosemary

cup olive oil

tsp red pepper flake

Instructions
1: Season pork chops with pepper, Lawry’s seasoned salt, Cavender’s All Purpose Greek seasoning, smoked paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. 2: Pan sear pork chops in olive oil for 2 minutes on each side and remove from skillet. 3: With a paper towel, pat dry the remaining olive oil; leaving 1/4 of the drippings in the skillet. 4: Add butter; allow butter to melt over medium-low heat. 5: Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer. 6: Add honey and apple jelly; stir continuously until jelly melts. 7: Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce, red pepper flakes, and black pepper. 8: Allow the glaze to simmer. 9: Add pork chops back to the skillet and baste pork chops in the honey apple glaze. 10: Add sliced red apples and rosemary to the skillet. 11: Place the skillet in an oven preheated to 375°F and bake the pork chops to an internal temperature of 145°F. 12: Serve and enjoy.View original recipe
