fl oz beef broth

cup flour

cup bell pepper

cup onion
Instructions
Sear chicken on both sides for 6 minutes. Remove from pan. Add onions and bell peppers to same pan. Stir until onions have browned. Add 1/8 cups flour. Stir continuously until flour has browned. Add 1/8 cups beef broth to deglaze pan. Stir. Add a 1- 1 1/2 cups beef broth. Stir and simmer.View original recipe
