Instructions
Season chicken breasts generously with pepper, Lawry’s, Cavender’s, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, roasted garlic paste, the oil from sun-dried tomatoes, and olive oil. Sear chicken for 4 minutes on each side. For the gravy, sauté chopped onions, green peppers, and minced garlic in a pan. Stir in 4 tablespoons of flour, then gradually whisk in 1.5 cups of chicken broth and 1 can of cream of chicken and herbs, simmering until the gravy thickens. Bake the seared chicken breasts at 375°F (190°C) for 40 minutes, or until cooked through. Serve the baked chicken with homemade gravy over cooked rice.View original recipe
