Instructions
Season assorted thin pork chops with your favorite seasoning. Sear pork chops in olive oil for 2-3 minutes on each side, then remove them from the pan. Sauté chopped or sliced onions in the same pan. Add 1/8 cup of flour and stir until the flour cooks out and browns. Add 1/4 cup of chicken broth and 1/2 to 3/4 cups of water. Continue to stir and simmer until the gravy thickens. Season the gravy with black pepper and seasoned salt to taste. Add the pork chops back to the pan, ensuring they are coated in the gravy. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15-25 minutes, depending on the thickness of the pork chops, until cooked through.View original recipe
